1)You must own the domain, no free sites will be considered.
2) NO adult oriented sites
3) Some original elements.
4)That intangible ingredient which makes the site "compelling"
5) Business sites will be considered but they must be informative or have a novel approach to selling.
6) Be functional!!!!
If we can't read the text because of the background than it doesn't matter how good the
content is.
No more than one dead link.
Ease of use
Easy to navigate.
6) No pop-up windows on the site. You could still win, but the site would have to be extremely unique.
7) You may only submit once every 6 months.
